Senior Automation Tester

Job description

General Summary Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks for UI, API, and data layers. Identify quality gaps, inefficiencies, and risk areas across applications, pipelines, and systems. Build and implement AIpowered agentic approaches (AI agents that analyze, decide, and act) to enhance QA processes such as test generation, defect triage, rootcause analysis, and test optimization. Leverage Generative AI / LLMs for intelligent test case creation, exploratory testing, test maintenance, and documentation. Integrate AIbased solutions into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and faster feedback loops. Apply AI for selfhealing automation, flaky test detection, impact analysis, and regression optimization. Collaborate closely with Product, Development, DevOps, and Data teams to ensure endtoend quality. Ensure test strategy alignment with business goals, scalability, security, and performance standards. Mentor junior QA engineers and promote AIfirst quality engineering practices. Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Work with other team members around the globe (US, India, etc...), to provide required support. Minimum Qualifications - 3+ years of IT-relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems). - OR 5+ years of IT-relevant work experience without a Bachelor's degree. - 3+ years of any combination of academic or work experience with Full-stack Application Development (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.). - 1+ year of any combination of academic or work experience with Data Structures, algorithms, and data stores.
