**Role & responsibilities** **Job Summary** We are seeking a Command Center Operator who is responsible for monitoring, coordinating, and managing real-time operations across IT systems, security infrastructure, or emergency response environments. This role serves as the central hub for communication, incident response, and operational continuity with passion for delivering high-quality support to end-users from Canadian location. **Experience Required** - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - At least ten years of experience in Cloud and datacenter management or a related field - 3-5 years as cloud architect or similar high-capacity role - Strong experience with Azure Environment with Arch. Design, Migration of Workloads from on-prem to Cloud, Cloud Migration Strategy - Hands-on experience with Deploy, configure, and manage Azure Virtual Machines. - Manage Azure AD and hybrid identity solutions. - Familiarity with patching processes and compliance standards. - Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure. - Ability to work in a 24/7 shift environment, including weekends and holidays if required. - Configure and manage: - Azure Virtual Networks (VNet) - NSGs - Load Balancers - Azure Backup & Site Recovery - Experience in Azure IaaS and PaaS services. - Monitor Azure resources using Azure Monitor and Log Analytics. - Security and governance with Data Center and Cloud - RBAC Access Management for Resources and Resource Groups. - Maintain and Automate Hygiene for ongoing governance on Azure (Orphaned Disks, Public IPs, Scaling schedules etc). - Raising Azure Service refund requests with Microsoft. - OS support of VM in Azure. - Maintain up to date asset information in the ServiceNow CMDB for all IaaS VMs conjunction with change activities. - Management of DHCP, DNS, WINS, AD sites and Services, GPOs, creation of logon/logoff script. - DR Planning and Implementations - MS Azure Virtual Desktop - Virtualization and computing - Basic PowerShell and other scripting language - Effective communicator with proven ability to build trust with internal and external stakeholders - ITIL Foundation certification, Azure, Nutanix certification or equivalent knowledge is a plus. **Technical Skills** - Proven experience in Command Center role. - Strong Hands on knowledge of: - **Active Directory** administration - **Azure** - **Windows 10/11** operating systems - **SCCM** - **SCOM** - Configure and manage: - Azure Virtual Networks (VNet) - NSGs - Load Balancers - Azure Backup & Site Recovery - Experience in Azure IaaS and PaaS services. - Monitor Azure resources using Azure Monitor and Log Analytics. - Security and governance with Data Center and Cloud - RBAC Access Management for Resources and Resource Groups. - Maintain and Automate Hygiene for ongoing governance on Azure (Orphaned Disks, Public IPs, Scaling schedules etc). - Raising Azure Service refund requests with Microsoft. - OS support of VM in Azure. - Familiarity with remote desktop tools and ITSM platforms. - Experience using Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) and other remote support tools. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. - Strong analytical and Co-ordinating abilities. **Preferred Qualifications** - ITIL Foundation certification. - Azure Certification - Nutanix certification - Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow. - AZ-104: Microsoft Azure Administrator is a must. - Up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft products **Education** Bachelors **Duration of assignment (in Months)** Full Time **Work Location (State, City and Zip)** Bangalore - Electronic City Phase 2 **Rates payable to vendor $/hr** **Key words to search in resume** Azure Admin, Server Administrator, NOC, Service Reliability team, Wintel Operations Team Prescreening Questionnaire
