**Role :** Senior Business Analyst **Experience Level :** 3 to 6 years **Location :** Mumbai / Bangalore **Roles & Responsibilities:** **Project Excellence:** - Manage project delivery, the team, customer relations, and manage project scope successfully - Support Project estimation process along with client stakeholders in defining scope, contribute in preparing statement of work including tasks, deliverables and milestones - Identify relevant delivery best practices and imbibe the same in projects - Manage project delivery, team and ensure positive customer relations with consistently high customer satisfaction score - Collaborate with our diverse and global teams to deliver committed results to our clients **Technical Understanding:** - Drive AI-driven engagements, ensuring alignment with business goals, technical feasibility, and governance frameworks. - Good understanding of LLM-based solutions, including RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), Agentic RAG, and Agent-driven workflows - Manage cross-functional teams, including ML engineers, data scientists, software developers, and consultants to deliver AI solutions - Collaborate with client and internal stakeholders to define technical architecture, infrastructure requirements, and optimization techniques **Project Management Skills:** - Strong operational and stakeholder management skills - Adept at requirements gathering and translating the requirements to business outcomes - Highlight risks, dependencies and align on mitigation strategies with the Project Lead - Maintaining positive work environment & ensure career growth of the team members - Tight Delivery execution and reporting to management team at client organization and at Quantiphi - Proven ability to run the projects adopting Agile methodology - Strong working experience with Project Management Tools such as JIRA - Strong working experience with Google Workspace tools (G-Slides, G-Sheets, G-doc etc) **Technical Skills:** **Must Have:** - Understanding of Gen AI - Working understanding of Cloud - GCP or AWS or Azure - Working Understanding of end-to-end LLM Lifecycle and Agentic Workflows to orchestrate innovative workloads - Understanding of RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) systems - Understanding of Prompt Engineering and LLM Fine tuning techniques - Understanding of Agentic Orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph and LangChain **Good to have:** - Strong experience in managing small to medium scale AI projects leveraging LLMs (e.g., Llama, GPT, Claude, Mistral, Gemini) - Exposure to PEP-8 Python coding guidelines and experience in leading code quality governance - Exposure to Linting Tools such as Sonarcube for governing Static code tool check - Certifications: GCP Generative AI Leader and GCP Cloud Digital Leader **Behavioral Skills:** - Excellent problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify issues and solve them quickly - Excellent Communication, presentation & storytelling skills - Strong conflict resolution skills and organizational skills to be able to coordinate complicated projects even with enabling function teams (IT, Legal etc) - Professional demeanor, ability to interact with and lead diverse teams throughout client and internal Quantiphi and communicate with project managers, technical leads and senior leadership **Qualifications Required:** - BTech/BE (Computer Science, Information Technology) from a reputed engineering college. - MBA (Post-graduate program) - 1 year/2 years program from a reputed university. **What’s in it for you?** - An opportunity to work with an award winning AI and Big Data software and services company. - To be a part of a dynamic and result driven team. - To work with a team of vibrant enthusiasts who are always upbeat and self driven to achieve big milestones.
