Exp: - Professional with a minimum of 8 years of experience in the Banking /IT company/NBFC, Payment banking, payment industry etc. **Key Skills** - Understanding of Banking Application functionalities - payments systems, Core Banking, etc. - Understanding of banking regulations - Good Communication skill and understanding of Modern Technology Stacks. - Understanding of banking regulations - Good Communication skill and understanding of Modern Technology Stacks **Role:** - Work on projects and continuous improvement of products and services; provides coaching and mentoring of others across the team, and wider Data, Insights & Intelligence. - Collaborate with technology teams to design solutions that meet business needs. - Propose changes and solutions to address business challenges and requirements. - Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams. - Create detailed documentation including business requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation throughout the project lifecycle. - Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. - Assist in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation.
