**About Position:** We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager to lead and deliver complex business and technology transformation initiatives. This role requires a strong blend of business analysis, stakeholder management, project delivery, and cross-functional team coordination skills. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams to drive successful project execution while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. - **Role: Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager** - **Location: Pune, Bangalore & Kochin** - **Experience: 8 12 yrs** - **Job Type: Full Time Employment** **What You'll Do:** - Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. - Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications. - Lead process analysis, process mapping, and optimization initiatives across supply chain operations. - Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, and issue resolution. - Support and enhance PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 solutions across Supply Chain modules. - Work closely with business users in Manufacturing, Inventory, and Order Management to drive process improvements. - Provide functional expertise for Supply Chain operations, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes. - Design and support integrations between PeopleSoft and enterprise applications. - Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless data flow across platforms. - Participate in integration design discussions and validation of business requirements. - Collaborate with developers and architects on custom PeopleSoft solutions. - Support troubleshooting and issue resolution across FSCM modules, including General Ledger (GL) - Accounts Payable (AP) - Accounts Receivable (AR) - Purchasing (PO) - Project Costing (PC) - Participate in system upgrades, patching, and enhancement projects. - Maintain comprehensive documentation for business processes, integrations, and system configurations. **Expertise You'll Bring:** - Strong experience with PeopleSoft FSCM (Financials & Supply Chain Management). - Hands-on knowledge of Manufacturing (MFG) - Inventory Management - Order Management - Supply Chain Management - Understanding of warehouse and distribution processes. - Experience with enterprise application integrations and process modeling. - Knowledge of PeopleSoft ecosystem and cross-module dependencies. - Familiarity with: Integration Broker - Service Operations - Routing & Transformations - Application Designer - PeopleCode - Application Engine - SQL - Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) - Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS) - Customs Compliance - Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) processes - Requirements elicitation and documentation expertise. - Process mapping and workflow analysis. - UAT planning, coordination, and execution. - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. - Proven experience supporting Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Inventory, and Order Management processes. - Strong understanding of enterprise integration concepts and technologies. - Experience developing and maintaining custom PeopleSoft objects and processes. - Experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 and PeopleTools upgrades. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Experience with Project Costing (PC) module. - Prior experience in WMS/ASRS environments. - Knowledge of customs regulations and FTZ operations. - Experience supporting large-scale supply chain transformation initiatives. - Ability to work effectively across business and technical teams. - Strong understanding of PeopleSoft Supply Chain processes. - Ability to bridge business requirements and technical solutions. - Expertise in enterprise integrations and process optimization. - Collaborative approach with stakeholders, functional teams, and developers. - Strong focus on quality, documentation, and continuous improvement. **Benefits:** - Competitive salary and benefits package - Culture focused on talent development with quarterly growth opportunities and company-sponsored higher education and certifications - Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies - Employee engagement initiatives such as project parties, flexible work hours, and Long Service awards - Annual health check-ups - Insurance coverage: group term life, personal accident, and Mediclaim hospitalization for self, spouse, two children, and parents **Values-Driven, People-Centric & Inclusive Work Environment:** Persistent is dedicated to fostering diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
