Senior Business Analyst

Job description

**Key tasks & responsibilities** - Define, document and communicate new business, user and system requirements, considering upstream and downstream services. - Manage the requirement lifecycle from planning through elicitation, testing and delivery to business acceptance. - Evaluate solution options and advise stakeholders on the best way to solve the business problem. - Apply elicitation and modelling techniques: Business Process Modelling (BPM), UML, use/test cases, wireframes and prototyping. - Work with Business Leads and Product Owners to prioritise and manage complex backlogs and ensure global consistency. **Required skills & experience** - Experience as a (technical) Business Analyst from a consultancy or software environment, ideally with identity/security/Microsoft exposure. - Technical understanding to clarify technical detail independently; ready to learn IAM/Entra. - Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences. - Confident in workshop facilitation, interview and documentation analysis; good knowledge of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban).
