Senior Business Execution Consultant **In this role, you will:** - Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives - Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations - Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business - Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership - Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience - Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures - Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners **Required Qualifications:** - 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education **Desired Qualifications:** - 4+ years of experience working with the Power Apps platforms. - Experience with coding languages is a plus. - Experience designing and deploying low-code applications using Power Apps to optimize and automate business processes. - Experience working with data platforms and modern BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to visualize and communicate complex analytical results. - Experience in financial services is desirable. - Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of the organization. - Experience building partnerships and consulting effectively with leadership. - Experience working in AGILE methodology and SCRUM process (sprint planning, product backlog refinement, retrospectives etc.), with ability to elicit requirements, user stories, familiar with tool like JIRA and Confluence - Monitoring progress of the projects through governance meetings and provide regular updates to senior management & stakeholders. - Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally at all levels including executives, managers, and SMEs. - Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and deploy soft skills to move work forward despite challenges. - Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy with ability to evaluate data and draw meaningful business conclusions. - Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines. - Thrives in fast-paced agile, dynamic environment and can track multiple, complex projects simultaneously. - Adapts to changing priorities and excels in ambiguous scenarios with a mindset to continue moving forward.
