Senior Business System Analyst(NICE WFM with BA Experience Mandatory)

**Job Title:** Senior Business Systems Analyst **Key Responsibilities** **Business Analysis & Requirements Management** - Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and engineering teams. - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements. - Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements for engineering teams. - Facilitate knowledgeable discussions with sales and support business stakeholders. **Sales Technology & Platform Support** - Support and enhance sales productivity platforms, including Gong, NICE Workforce Management, Salesloft, Outreach, and related sales engagement tools. - Analyze enhancement requests and drive solution delivery. - Collaborate with subject matter experts to implement platform improvements. **User Acceptance Testing (UAT)** - Lead UAT planning and execution for platform enhancements. - Validate business requirements through testing activities. - Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful deployment of system changes. **Process Analysis** - Understand end-to-end sales and support business processes. - Identify upstream and downstream process impacts of system changes. - Support process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives. **Stakeholder Collaboration** - Partner with business users, product owners, engineering teams, and operations stakeholders. - Provide system behavior details, screenshots, and implementation information to training and change management teams when required. - Ensure alignment between business expectations and technical solutions. **Documentation & Knowledge Management** - Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for enhancements, business processes, requirements, and technical changes. - Document project deliverables, business workflows, and system configurations. - Support knowledge transfer activities and maintain project artifacts. **Must-Have Skills** - Business Systems Analyst experience. - NICE Workforce Management experience (mandatory). - Strong understanding of sales processes and sales operations. - Experience working with sales stakeholders and sales technology platforms. - Requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation expertise. - UAT planning and execution experience. **Preferred Skills** - Gong administration or implementation experience. - Experience with sales engagement platforms such as Salesloft, Outreach, or similar outreach tools. - Experience supporting sales productivity and customer engagement solutions. **Domain Knowledge** - Understanding of the sales lifecycle, including: - Lead Management - Opportunity Management - Quote Management - Sales Order Process - Customer Outreach Processes - Ability to explain sales business workflows and stakeholder needs. **Soft Skills** - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Analytical and problem-solving mindset. - Ability to work independently and drive initiatives from requirements through implementation. - Strong documentation and organizational abilities.
