Job description

Job Role: - Issue inquiries (RFQ), evaluate received quotation and negotiate commercial terms. - Create Purchase Order (PO) according to budget and procedures - Review PO for accuracy such as incoterms, delivery address, technical & commercial requirements and get approval as per authority matrix - Place the PO towards suppliers and ensure effective transfer of all necessary information to suppliers and maintain subsequent revisions as applicable - Expedite Order Acknowledgements - Plan, arrange and participate in the kickoff and follow up meetings with suppliers whenever required - Co-ordination of suppliers Quality Notifications - Co-ordinate with logistics for transportation of materials - Co-ordinate with warehouse for goods receipt - Review and approve suppliers invoices - Ensure set KPI benchmark are met
