Job description

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Accounting & Operations team. Handle client relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery. Manage client escalations and provide timely resolutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Product, and Support) to ensure seamless execution. Oversee accounting processes, reconciliations, and financial accuracy. Monitor operational KPIs and drive continuous process improvements. Train, mentor, and guide team members to achieve business objectives.
