**Job Title** Senior Civil Engineer **Job Description Summary** **Job Description** Responsible for maintaining effective relationships between tenants and the Ambience Management team **Major Responsibilities:** - **Project Execution & Site Management** - - Lead and supervise all civil construction activities at industrial project sites. - Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. - Monitor day-to-day site activities including foundations, RCC structures, steel structures, paving, drainage, and finishing works. - Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and client representatives. - **Coordination** - - Review construction drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications. - Reveiw work schedules and monitor project progress against milestones. - Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, and piping teams for smooth project integration. - Resolve technical issues and site challenges efficiently **Qualification** **Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (B.E./B.Tech Civil).** - **Experience in EPC, industrial plants, factories, warehouses, refinery, steel, cement, or power projects preferred** INCO: “Cushman & Wakefield”
