To know more about NoBrokerHood, visit our website - https://www.nobrokerhood.com/ About the role: The Senior Client Account Manager (Sr. CAM) is responsible for end-to-end financial and client account management, ensuring accuracy in reporting, compliance, and relationship handling. This role involves managing financial statements, overseeing accounts payable and receivable, conducting analysis, and leading financial projects. A strong understanding of accounting principles, client servicing, and cross-functional collaboration is key to success in this position. Job Description:- Key Responsibilities: 1. Financial Reporting & Analysis Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports. Conduct detailed financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance tracking. 2. Accounts Management Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate records and timely payments. Maintain financial data integrity across all systems and processes. 3. Tax & Compliance Assist in tax planning, compliance, and audit-related activities. Ensure adherence to internal controls, accounting standards, and statutory requirements. 4. Project & Process Management Lead or participate in financial and operational improvement projects. Support system implementations and process automation initiatives. 5. Client Handling Manage client accounts, ensuring timely communication, billing, and resolution of queries. Maintain long-term relationships and ensure client satisfaction through proactive engagement. 6. Collaboration & Reporting Work closely with management and cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy. Provide actionable insights through timely reports and analysis. 7. People & Team Management Lead, mentor, and develop team members to enhance capabilities and drive professional growth. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that promotes productivity and engagement. Monitor and manage team performance, providing regular feedback and conducting performance reviews. Mandatory requirements for this position Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum 3+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or client account management. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations. Proficiency in SAP, QuickBooks, or Tally. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Languages Required: Hindi and English (mandatory). Client handling experience is mandatory. What we have to offer!
