**In this role, you will:** - Review complex credit information of loans for companies and industries - Provide support to the Commercial Banking Portfolio Management team and more experienced individuals in the credit approval process - Perform complex credit investigations on companies and industries - Utilize knowledge and interpretation of procedures to direct less experienced individuals - Interact with immediate team and Commercial Banking Portfolio Management functional area to review process of companies for providing credits **Required Qualifications:** - 2+ years of financial analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education **Desired Qualifications:** - Analyse real estate related documents like Appraisal, Lease agreements - Understand the feedback received from the reviewers and implement the same in their day-to-day work. - Quality check of work performed by junior team members and provide appropriate feedback on the same. - Ability to interpret AI outputs, validate insights, and make informed business decisions. - Awareness of ethical considerations, data privacy, and compliance when using AI solutions. - Commitment to upskilling and staying current with emerging technologies - Strong communication skills both verbal and written. **Job Expectations:** - Review complex credit information of loans for companies, industries and loan documentations - Analyse real estate related documents like Appraisal, Lease agreements, lease reviews, lease abstractions, appraisal reviews - Provide support to the Commercial Banking Portfolio Management team and more experienced individuals in the credit approval process - Good knowledge on financial statements for various industries with ability to ascertain trends, ratios and call out key risks when compared to benchmarks (historical and industry performance). - Sound analytical thinking / high attention to detail with focus on research across various platforms - Demonstrates strong ownership of work, ability to work independently, able to take judgement calls with realistic assumption and ability to articulate and present in the narratives. - Understanding and Application of AI Tools: Ability to leverage AI platforms (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Tachyon, Agent space) for routine tasks such as summarizing information, drafting content, and analysing data, while maintaining human oversight. - High level of personal motivation, strong interpersonal skills to work across time zone - Must be comfortable working independently and as part of a team - Intermediary to advanced excel skills would be a plus
