Job Description - -------------- **Key Responsibilities:** Conduct global benchmarking analysis across relevant peer groups, industries, and geographies * Payroll : Manage monthly outsourced payroll ( we have a dedicated resource who will report to this person ) * Design \& Deploy : * Commission benchmarking reports * Compensation and benefits restructuring basis market benchmarking ( reports ), IRDAI Guidelines and alignment with Group policies. * Create proposals for leadership review * Implement basis authorisation/approval as per protocols - this will include drafting communication and working on employee grievances/ feedback * Compliance: Track compliance for C\&B including with evolving Indian Labour Codes and update policies accordingly * Job Architecture - Phase 2 implementation - for Compensation and talent decisions basis role descriptions ( AON model) **Eligibility:** * 7 years experience in Compensation \& Benefits or Total Rewards * Familiarity with AON/Radford survey platforms and methodology * Working knowledge of IRDA guidelines and Indian Labour Codes * Strong analytical skills; comfortable working independently in a flexible, deadline-driven environment * Prior experience in insurance/BFSI or regulated industries a plus
