Job Title: Compliance Reporting AnalystDesignation: Compliance Reporting Analyst Location: Customer location Gurugram (Base Location: Mphasis Noida) **Job Summary:** We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Compliance Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in PowerBI, Graph API, and Power Automate. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies while leveraging advanced data visualization and automation tools to enhance reporting and operational efficiency. **Responsibilities** - Conduct thorough analysis of compliance data and generate insightful reports using PowerBI to support decision-making processes. - Utilize Graph API to integrate and manage data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency in compliance reporting. - Implement and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline compliance processes and improve operational efficiency. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. - Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on the organization, providing recommendations for necessary adjustments. - Prepare and present compliance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and actionable insights. - Assist in the development and implementation of compliance training programs for staff. - Maintain comprehensive documentation of compliance activities and ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations. **Mandatory Skills** - Proficient in PowerBI for data visualization and reporting. - Strong knowledge of Graph API for data integration and management. - Expertise in Power Automate for creating automated workflows. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. - Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. **Preferred Skills** - Familiarity with compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements. - Experience in data governance and risk management. - Knowledge of SQL or other data querying languages. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. **Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. - Relevant certifications in compliance, data analysis, or related areas are a plus.
