Job description: Job Description **Role:** Senior Consultant – Advisory **Band:** B2 **Location:** PAN India​‌ **Key Responsibilities** - Assess current business processes and identify transformation opportunities. - Conduct business analysis, process assessment, and solution design. - Drive process improvement and digital transformation initiatives. - Collaborate with business stakeholders and client teams to gather requirements and recommend future-state solutions. - Prepare executive presentations, business cases, dashboards, and consulting deliverables. - Support transformation programs involving Automation, RPA, AI and process optimization. - Facilitate stakeholder discussions, workshops, and solution playback sessions. **Required Experience** - MBA from Tier 1/Tier 2 institute with 2–4 years consulting experience **OR** - Graduate with 6–8 years relevant consulting/advisory experience. **Preferred Functional Experience** - Finance & Accounting (F&A) - - R2R (Record to Report) - P2P (Procure to Pay) - O2C (Order to Cash) - Shared Services / GBS - Finance Transformation - HRO / HR Operations - - HR Transformation - HR Shared Services - Workforce Transformation - HR Service Delivery - Talent Operations **Required Skills** - Business Analysis & Process Assessment - Process Excellence / Business Transformation - Stakeholder & Client Management - Data Analysis & Problem Solving - PowerPoint & Excel - Power BI / Visio - Digital Transformation exposure (RPA, AI, Automation)​‌ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ Mandatory Skills: RPA .
