- Strong analytical skills with ability to grasp new subjects quickly - Good consulting and communications skills - Ability to collect primary data, analyze the same and undertake primary secondary research - Excellent presentation skills, excel skills and report writing skills (proficiency in MS Office applications) - Working knowledge of AI / ML applications preferred - Working knowledge of analytical tools like PowerBI, Python etc. preferred. - Client management abilities - Ability to work with data and understand sector / trends to derive business insights - Ability to multi-task and work on multiple assignments simultaneously - Ability to work in a team and develop/mentor junior resources - Job will require travel and direct interaction with the Client 3-5 years of relevant experience in research / strategy / management consulting mandatorily in automotive sector. Prior consulting experience in automotive sector preferred. Candidates from automotive industry with relevant skills may also apply.
