Senior Consultant- Machine Learning

### Job Summary We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer with strong expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and modern AI application development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building, fine-tuning, deploying, and optimizing AI/ML solutions, with a focus on GenAI-powered products and services. You will work closely with product managers, software engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to design and implement scalable AI systems that solve real-world business problems. ### Responsibilities - Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and Generative AI solutions in production environments. - Build applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) for tasks such as Conversational AI, Question answering systems, Knowledge assistants, Content Generation, Document intelligence. - Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures using vector databases and enterprise knowledge sources. - Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize foundation models for domain-specific use cases. - Develop prompt engineering strategies and agentic AI workflows. - Build scalable ML pipelines for model training, inference, monitoring, and evaluation. - Collaborate with data engineering teams to prepare and manage datasets for model development. - Optimize model performance, latency, cost, and reliability. ### Core Competencies - Understanding of Snowflake architecture, SQL optimization, and data modeling techniques - Accuracy in data handling, coding, and documentation - Comfortable working in dynamic environments and adapting to evolving technologies and business needs - Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely to non-technical audiences - Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, scientists, and business stakeholders - Proactive in identifying issues and implementing effective solutions in data workflows and pipelines - Ability to analyze complex data problems and develop efficient, scalable solutions ### Required Qualifications - Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field. - 4+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering or AI development. - Strong programming skills in Python. - Experience with machine learning frameworks such as: - PyTorch - TensorFlow - Scikit-learn - Hands-on experience working with Large Language Models.
