Learn more about ET&P **Your work profile** - Min 3 end to end hands-on implementation experience on PBCS/EPBCS - 5 - 8 year of experience - Hands-on implementation experience on Hyperion Planning, Essbase, FDM/FDMEE, Hyperion Financial Reporting & SmartView - Hands-on experience building end to end budgeting & forecasting process for minimum two EPBCS/ Hyperion Planning Budgeting modules ( Financial Planning, Workforce Planning, CAPEX, OPEX & Project Financial Planning, Strategic Modeling ) - Expertise in building reports on PBCS Financial Reporting Studio, Web Forms, Task Lists, Smart Lists, Smart View/Excel reports - Experience in writing Business Rules, Calc Scripts, Calc Manager rules, MDX scripts & MaxL scripts - Knowledge of Management Reporting, Cost Allocations, Budgeting processes, Rolling forecasts etc., - Understanding & experience of the setup of security, user groups & provisioning **Key skills required** - - Provide solution leadership across Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM) and PPM modules (Projects, Project Costing, Billing, Grants, Contracts) - Guide solution architecture for project-centric finance transformations, including capitalization, revenue recognition, and cost accounting - Lead Oracle EBS to Oracle Cloud migrations involving Financials and PPM - Drive adoption of Oracle leading practices, Deloitte accelerators, and cloud-native capabilities such as automation and advanced reporting - Hands-on experience with: - Tagetik configuration and data models - ETL processes and data integration - SQL or database concepts - Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or others) - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and stakeholder management
