The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in **Power BI** and **SQL**, with the ability to transform complex business requirements into insightful dashboards and reports. **Key Responsibilities** - Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports. - Create and optimize data models, DAX measures, and Power Query transformations. - Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data extraction scripts. - Gather business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions. - Perform data validation, quality checks, and troubleshooting. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights. - Support report enhancements, performance tuning, and governance activities. **Required Skills** - 5–8 years of experience in BI/Data Analytics. - Strong hands-on experience with **Power BI**. - Strong proficiency in **SQL**. - Experience in data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and report optimization. - Good understanding of ETL and data warehousing concepts. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. **Preferred Skills** - Knowledge of **Banking/Financial Services domain** is a plus. - Experience with cloud data platforms and modern analytics tools is an advantage.
