We are looking for Consultants with a deep understanding and in-depth expertise in Energy / Commodity Trading and Risk Management, with the below experience Domain expertise in one or more of the following areas: * ETRM -- Oil , Gas , Power , Renewables , Carbon and Freight Trading * CTRM -- Agri , Base Metals , Refined and Concentrates Trading * Understanding of ETRM / CTRM systems and experience across Front Office, Middle Office and Backoffice * Good understanding of end-to-end trading workflows * Good Understanding of Physical and Financial Trading * Functional consulting services to Energy and Commodity firms in the E/CTRM area including Business Strategy, IT Strategy, Digital Transformation, Customer Experience, SI Consulting, Business Architecture, Business Analysis, Product Management * Driving digital strategy and transformation for Energy and Commodity firms using key emerging technologies likes Artificial Intelligence, Advanced Analytics, Omni/Conversational Channels, Cloud, Blockchain, Social \& Mobility * Prior consulting experience with top-tier Consulting organizations or experience of driving strategic transformations within Energy firms is good to have * Experience of working with E/CTRM products such as ENDUR , RightAngle , Allegro , Eka, Enuit is good to have **What will you do?** At Infosys Consulting, you will: * Work on business consulting engagements as part of a cross-cultural team across regions * Take up a **range of roles** in the areas of digital strategy and transformation, functional consulting, process consulting, program management and change management * Analyze problems and come up with solutions, often creative and out-of-the-box * Apply business consulting frameworks and methodologies to address business problems * Be responsible for the delivery of business results to clients * Lead workshops to collaborate with client stakeholders and educate them throughout the process * Lead / contribute to sales pursuits, consulting offerings and internal initiatives * Participate in a variety of Firm building events and the consultant referral program **What do we require?** * We are seeking success-oriented people who have a consulting mindset, strong analytical skills, a competitive drive, and an entrepreneurial spirit that will help propel the continued growth of the firm. * We look for candidates that have prior relevant work experience of 10 to 15 years (minimum 5 years of E/CTRM experience) , take ownership, excel in ambiguous situations, and possess a passion for helping clients become more competitive. * Business acumen combined with a comfort with technology is a must as well as strong verbal and written communication skills. * Candidates must be able to quickly frame complex business problems and prioritize root causes with confidence. * We pride ourselves on hiring consultants that immediately fit into the fun yet professional atmosphere of Infosys Consulting.
