Job requisition ID :: 106662 Date: Jun 16, 2026 Location: Mumbai Designation: Senior Consultant Entity: Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP ## **Key Responsibilities** - Lead end-to-end implementation and support of **SAP MM (Materials Management)** solutions within retail projects - Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into SAP MM functional specifications - Configure SAP MM modules including: - Procurement processes - Inventory Management - Vendor Management - Pricing & Release Strategies - Drive integration with **SAP SD, FI,MM, and Retail-specific functionalities** - Work on **Retail business scenarios** such as: - Store replenishment - Article master management - Support design and implementation of **S/4HANA MM solutions** (preferred) - Provide expertise in **batch management, valuation, and material ledger** (if relevant) - Facilitate workshops, blueprint sessions, and client presentations - Support data migration, UAT cycles, and cutover activities - Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions - Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team ## **Required Qualifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field - 6+ years of experience in SAP MM consulting - Minimum **1–2 full lifecycle SAP implementations**, preferably in retail industry - Strong hands-on experience in: - Procurement cycles (P2P) - Inventory and warehouse processes - Vendor evaluation and sourcing - Experience with **SAP Retail or IS-Retail** is highly preferred - Familiarity with **S/4HANA** is an advantage - Strong understanding of integration points across SAP modules - Proven ability to engage with business stakeholders and translate requirements ## **Preferred Skills** - Experience in **large-scale retail transformations** - Knowledge of **Fiori apps for MM** - Exposure to **Ariba / procurement digital tools** - Understanding of **IDOCs, interfaces, and basic debugging** - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
