## **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead RFQ on Solution design for Order management and Supply Chain processes for outsourcing of services by Fortune 500 companies - Experience in working in a Pre sales role as part of Solution design team within the BPO environment - Support development of Order Management Supply Chain solutions with innovative ideas by close coordination with Solution Design team including Client and Internal stakeholders - Research market Identify new technology solutions and support development of market differentiated solution along with Solution design team - Be able to define transformation solution leveraging domain best practices technology levers to improve efficiency of clients processes - Manage stakeholder expectations from Solution Design Services delivery Practices through regular interaction - Research and bring out best practices based frameworks approaches for Supply chain Order Management processes - Create and collate case studies from existing operations write Supply chain centric POVs Blogs and support other promotional channels to generate market visibility - Train and coach team members - Take up short term on site projects as a consultant as and when required - Skills - Good written and spoken communication skills in English - Good writing and copy editing skills - Should be able to write articles white papers by taking inputs from internal stakeholders and completing the same by adding inputs by reading multiple articles on related subject - Program management stakeholder management and in cross cultural context - Presales BPO operations experience across Order Management Supply Chain processes - Good understanding of technology and tools used in the Supply Chain space by companies - Business finance and commercial models understanding relevant to RFQ - Service Delivery Consulting background - Qualification - Graduate Masters in any discipline - 6 10 years of experience in BPO Presales Order Management Supply chain preferable ## **Preferred Skills:** S&F->SUPPLY CHAIN PLANNING ( Vendor Management); INVENTORY PLANNING; INSIDE SALES; MDM
