## **Key Responsibilities:** - Primary Duties Responsibilities - Brings the industry domain relevance in all pursuits and business conversations with the client organizations specialist in either Payer Claims A G Benefit Configuration Clinical Credentialing or RCM - Manage end to end RFP RFI process in US Healthcare Payor - Develop digital automation integrated Healthcare solutions through RPA Analytics etc - Ability to create compelling solution constructs and commercial models with the right win themes - Scan the industry value chain competitor analysis build solutions framework including digital automated solutions to address Industry opportunities - Building reactive capability to improve existing solutions for clients - Document and collateral creation case study preparation - Client presentations Orals Prospecting Demonstration of POC solutions - Has strong project management skills - Mandatory skills - MBA with 9 12 years of working experience US healthcare with a minimum 3 4 Years of experience in Healthcare BPM Solutioning - Deep understanding of Payer value chain and business processes with exposure to commercial modelling - Proven written and oral communication skills - Analytical mindset ability to understand customer requirements in the Healthcare industry and provide appropriate solutions - Co ordination and program management skills to interface with various internal stakeholders - Experience in consulting with the various digital teams to create POC s - Excellent written communication skills for response formulation - Ability to work under pressure and meet stringent timelines - Knowledge on US healthcare platforms ## **Preferred Skills:** Solution Design->Standard SD
