You will design, review, and deliver cutting-edge Data Science learning experiences while mentoring both learners and the content team. This is an opportunity to combine your Data Science expertise, leadership ability, and passion for teaching to make a lasting impact on learners across India. **What You?ll Do** **Lead Manage Teams:** Manage and mentor a team of content developers, freelance industry experts, and interns. Train, guide, and upskill team members to deliver high-quality learning content. **Curriculum Content Innovation:** Design and review curriculum, projects, and problem statements aligned with industry needs. Establish and enforce content guidelines, quality standards, and review processes. Stay updated with emerging Data Science and GenAI trends to keep content relevant. **Teaching Evaluation:** Deliver live teaching sessions to learners. Conduct project evaluations, assessments, and instructor-led reviews to ensure learner success. **Collaboration Impact:** Work with cross-functional teams (product, program, student experience, tech) to enhance learning delivery. Innovate and expand content to keep it relevant with industry trends. **What We?re Looking For** Experience: 3?5 years in Data Science teaching, training, and content creation. Expertise in: Python, SQL, Machine Learning, Statistics, NLP, Deep Learning, Data Visualization. Curriculum Design experience with projects, problem-solving assignments, and industry-relevant case studies. Education: Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields preferred (practical experience also valued).
