**Job Title:** Senior Admission Counsellor **Location:** Hyderabad **Work Days:** Mon–Sat **Role Overview** The Senior Admission Counsellor is responsible for driving enrollments by counselling potential learners, conducting Video Counselling sessions, and converting qualified leads while consistently achieving revenue targets. **Key Responsibilities** - Engage & qualify assigned leads via calling and CRM inputs. - Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable programs. - Conduct impactful Video Counselling sessions to drive conversions. - Maintain accurate CRM updates and follow-ups. - Achieve daily/weekly KPIs & revenue numbers. **Eligibility** - **4+ years EdTech sales experience** (Study Abroad preferred). - Team Leading Experience - Proven target achievement record. - Comfortable working **6 days/week** . - Strong communication, persuasion & rapport-building skills. **Compensation** Best in industry + attractive performance incentives
