Senior Data Analyst - HR

Job description

- Experience in HR systems that define organization structures, roles and segregation of responsibilities - Identify and Access Management products like Okta, Microsoft Entra ID - Experience with Requirement gathering and documenting in a structured format - Translate data collected to a data model such that systems can use it. Experience of doing it in the context of complex organizations - Experience with repositories like LDAP, AD etc. - Defining and implementing Role Based Access Controls
