**Job Title** Senior Data Analyst (Procurement ) **Job Description Summary** **Job Description** **Position: Senior Data Analyst** (Procurement ) **Procurement Analytics & Reporting** - Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to support spend analysis, supplier performance, contract lifecycle management, and procurement KPIs. - Deliver data-driven insights across categories including facilities management, construction, fit-out, property services, and professional services. - Conduct spend cube analysis and category benchmarking to identify savings opportunities and procurement efficiencies. - Monitor and report on procurement compliance, procurement metrics and maverick spend. - Build and manage scalable data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric (Data Factory, Dataflows Gen2) and Databricks to ingest, transform, and model procurement data from multiple source systems. - Develop and maintain Delta Lake tables and Lakehouse architectures within Microsoft Fabric to support a single source of truth for procurement data. - Write efficient SQL, PySpark, and Python scripts to perform data wrangling, cleansing, and transformation at scale. - Integrate data from ERP systems, contract management platforms, and supplier portals into unified data models. **Process Automation** - Design and deploy automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline procurement processes. - Identify manual, repetitive data tasks and implement automation solutions to improve team productivity and reduce errors. - Collaborate with the TDS teams to embed automation best practices across the procurement function. **Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration** - Partner with Procurement Managers, Category Leads, and Finance to translate business requirements into analytical solutions. - Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders in a clear, concise, and commercially relevant manner. - Support the CPO and leadership team with ad hoc data requests, market intelligence, and strategic reporting. - Act as a champion of data literacy within the procurement team, providing training and guidance on self-service analytics tools. **Data Governance & Quality** - Implement and uphold data quality standards, validation rules, and governance frameworks across all procurement datasets. - Document data dictionaries, pipeline logic, and report specifications to ensure reproducibility and knowledge transfer. **SKILLS & EXPERIENCE – ESSENTIAL** **Core Technical Skills** - Power BI: Advanced proficiency in building enterprise-grade dashboards and reports, including DAX measures, calculated columns, row-level security (RLS), and paginated reports. Experience with Power BI Service, deployment pipelines, and dataflows. - Microsoft Fabric: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric components including Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Data Factory, Dataflows Gen2, Notebooks, and OneLake. Understanding of the Fabric compute model and workspace administration. - Databricks: Proficient in using Databricks for large-scale data transformation and analytics using PySpark and SQL. Experience with Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, and cluster configuration. - Power Automate: Ability to design and build automated business workflows using Power Automate (cloud flows), including integration with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and third-party connectors. - SQL: Strong command of SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis across relational databases (SQL Server, Azure SQL, Synapse). **Data & Analytics** - Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a data analyst or business intelligence role, ideally within procurement, real estate, or a similarly complex commercial environment. - Demonstrated experience working with large, complex datasets and building robust data models (star schema, snowflake schema). - Familiarity with data visualisation best practices and UX principles for dashboard design. **Procurement & Domain Knowledge** - Understanding of procurement processes including strategic sourcing, supplier management, contract management, and P2P cycles. - Commercial real estate sector knowledge is advantageous, including awareness of property management, construction, FM, and asset lifecycle data. **SKILLS & EXPERIENCE – DESIRABLE** - Experience with procurement systems such as SpendHQ, MarketDojo, ServiceEdge, Vroozi or similar platforms. - Experience with Git/Azure DevOps for version control and CI/CD pipelines for analytics assets. - Exposure to Copilot for Microsoft 365 or AI-assisted analytics tooling. - Microsoft certifications such as PL-300 (Power BI), DP-600 (Fabric Analytics Engineer), or AZ-900/DP-203 are highly regarded. **PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES** - Commercially astute with a strong ability to connect data insights to business outcomes and value delivery. - Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex analytical concepts for non-technical audiences. - Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy, documentation, and governance. - Collaborative team player who actively shares knowledge and contributes to a culture of continuous improvement. - Curious mindset with a drive to stay current with emerging data technologies and industry trends. **Why join Cushman & Wakefield?** As one of the leading global real estate services firms transforming the way people work, shop and live working at Cushman & Wakefield means you will benefit from; - Being part of a growing global company; - Career development and a promote from within culture; - An organisation committed to DRIVE values (Driven, Resilient, Inclusive, Visionary, and Entrepreneurial) INCO: “Cushman & Wakefield”
