Because becoming the undisputed leader in food means surrounding ourselves with people who are hungry for what’s next. **Overview** The Enterprise Data Development team is responsible for designing & architecting solutions to integrate & transform business data into Data Warehouse to deliver data layer for the Enterprise using cutting edge cloud technologies like GCP. We design solutions to meet the expanding need for more and more internal/external information to be integrated with existing sources; research, implement and leverage new technologies to deliver more actionable insights to the enterprise. We integrate solutions that combine process, technology landscapes and business information from the core enterprise data sources that form our corporate information factory to provide end to end solutions for the business. **Key Accountabilities** - Design, build, and support cloud-based data pipelines and data models, with GCP preferred - Partner with business analysts, architects, and project stakeholders to deliver business initiatives - Support existing data warehouses and related jobs - Troubleshoot technical and performance issues across the data environment - Lead small initiatives and contribute to enterprise project implementation - Mentor team members, build domain knowledge, and document processes - Evaluate new tools, technologies, and big data processes to improve delivery - Drive automation, continuous improvement, and effective problem-solving in ambiguous situations **Minimum Qualifications** - Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline. - 10–12+ years of experience in ETL and data engineering, with at least 4+ years in cloud technologies. - Proven experience as a technical or project lead for global initiatives - Strong ability to mentor developers and guide team delivery - Expertise in GCP, BigQuery, SQL, Composer, Cloud Functions, and Data Warehousing concepts - Working knowledge of Python, Kafka or Pub/Sub, and data storage tools such as S3 or Blob Storage - Strong analytical skills with close attention to detail and delivery accuracy - Ability to identify risks, manage timelines, and make timely project decisions - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships **Preferred Qualifications** - GCP Data Engineer certification, GCP certification - Understanding of CPG industry **ELIGIBILITY** Applicants must meet minimum age qualifications in the country in which the job is located.
