**Key Responsibilities** - Design and maintain enterprise-wide **conceptual, logical, and physical data models** - Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and refine data requirements - Translate business requirements into scalable and reusable data models - Collaborate with Data Engineers, Data Architects, and Analytics teams to implement data solutions - Develop and maintain data models in cloud-based data platforms - Ensure data consistency, quality, governance, and compliance standards - Support implementation of data models within change management and governance frameworks - Promote data modeling best practices and drive data culture across teams - Identify opportunities to simplify and improve business processes through better data design - Document data assets, relationships, lineage, and governance processes **MustHave Skills** Data Modeling - Strong experience in: - Conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling - Enterprise data architecture - Data governance practices - Experience working with complex enterprise data environments Cloud Data Platforms - Hands-on experience with: - **Snowflake** - **DBT** - **AWS Glue** - **Apache Airflow** SQL & Data Analysis - Strong expertise in: - **SQL** - Data analysis and data profiling - Experience designing solutions for analytical and operational data workloads Business Analysis & Stakeholder Management - Experience with: - Requirement gathering - Business process analysis - Stakeholder engagement - Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business teams Software Development & Delivery - Experience working in modern software delivery environments - Understanding of data engineering and implementation practices **GoodtoHave Skills** - Knowledge of: - **Data Vault Modeling** - **DAMA Framework** - **Domain-Driven Design (DDD)** - Exposure to: - AWS Services - Enterprise data governance initiatives - Metadata management and data lineage
