SENIOR DATA SCIENTIST - Gen AI

Job description

**Key Responsibilities**  **AI Agent Development**  - Assist in developing **AI agents using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or similar** - Build simple **task-oriented agents** (e.g., data retrieval, summarization, workflow automation) - Support integration of **LLMs (Azure OpenAI / GPT-based models)** into applications   **RAG & Data Integration**  - Work on **Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)** pipelines - Assist in: - Document ingestion and preprocessing - Embedding generation - Vector database usage (e.g., Milvus, FAISS) - Integrate structured (SQL) and unstructured data into AI workflows   **BI & Data Support**  - Support integration of AI capabilities with **Power BI / reporting systems** - Enable **natural language querying over business data** - Assist in building insight-generation features on top of dashboards   **Development & Integration**  - Write clean, scalable **Python code and APIs (FastAPI/Flask)** - Assist in integrating AI services into enterprise applications - Debug, test, and optimize AI agent workflows     **Governance & Quality**  - Follow best practices for **data security, privacy, and responsible AI usage** - Assist in documenting system limitations and performance metrics - Participate in testing and validation of AI outputs   **Required Skills**  **?****Technical Skills**  - Basic to intermediate **Python programming** - Understanding of **REST APIs and JSON-based data exchange** - Familiarity with **SQL and data handling** - Basic understanding of **machine learning / NLP concepts**   **?****AI / GenAI (Preferred but not mandatory)**  - Exposure to: - LLMs (GPT, Azure OpenAI, etc.) - Prompt engineering basics - RAG concepts (documents, embeddings, vector DB) - Familiarity with tools like: - LangChain / LangGraph - FAISS / Milvus - GitHub Copilot (or similar)
