Job description

The Senior Delivery Manager is responsible for leading the successful delivery of technology solutions while ensuring **customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and financial performance**. The role oversees multiple delivery teams, manages customer relationships, and is accountable for delivery governance, project financials, order management, and P&L. Working closely with business stakeholders and support functions, the Senior Delivery Manager ensures delivery commitments align with business objectives and contractual obligations. **Key Responsibilities** - **Lead end-to-end delivery across multiple teams, ensuring quality, predictable execution, and customer satisfaction**. - Build and maintain **strong customer relationships, acting as the primary delivery contact**. - **Own project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue, costs, profitability, and P&L**. - Manage the end-to-end customer order lifecycle, ensuring orders are appropriately scoped, funded, resourced, and delivered. - Monitor delivery performance, risks, dependencies, and financial metrics, implementing corrective actions where required. - Lead and mentor delivery teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. - Establish delivery governance, reporting, and performance metrics while promoting Agile delivery practices. **Required Qualifications** - 10+ years of experience managing technology delivery, projects or programs. - Proven experience leading customer-facing delivery engagements and managing multiple teams. - Strong experience managing budgets, forecasting, project financials, and P&L. - Experience with order management, commercial delivery, and stakeholder governance. - Good understanding of Agile and project delivery methodologies. - Proficiency with delivery management tools such as JIRA and ServiceNow. - Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills. **Preferred Qualifications** - Experience managing large enterprise programs or strategic customer accounts. - Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent. - Familiarity with Agile frameworks (including SAFe), ITIL, and DevOps practices. - Managing projects, programs in Energy & Utilities domain
