**Hiring: Dynamics 365 Field Service Developer** **Locations:** Bengaluru / Chennai / Hyderabad **Work Mode:** Hybrid **Experience:** 5–8 Years We are looking for a skilled **Dynamics 365 Field Service Developer** to join our growing team. If you have strong experience in Dynamics 365 CE, Field Service implementations, Power Platform, and support projects, we'd love to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** - 4–8 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE development - Design, develop, and customize solutions within Dynamics 365 CE ( **Field Service** ) - Develop plugins, workflows, Power Automate flows, and JavaScript customizations - Configure entities, forms, views, dashboards, and security roles - Handle L2/L3 support tickets (P1–P4) with defined SLA adherence - Perform root cause analysis and resolve recurring issues - Work on service requests including configurations, reporting, and user management - Deliver minor enhancements and change requests within planned effort capacity - Participate in global rollout activities (fit-gap, build, UAT, cutover) - Hands-on experience in Field Service implementations and support - Support deployments, release management, and environment maintenance - Collaborate with functional teams, stakeholders, and service desk teams - Contribute to documentation and knowledge transfer activities **Required Skills** - Strong experience in Dynamics 365 CE ( **Field Service module mandatory** ) - Proficiency in: - C#, .NET (Plugins, Custom Workflows) - JavaScript for client-side scripting - Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) - Experience with Dataverse / CDS - Integration experience with REST APIs and Azure services (preferred) - Understanding of solution management and deployment processes - Knowledge of Field Service processes (work orders, scheduling, resource management) - Experience in **AMS / support projects (L2/L3)** - Exposure to global rollout implementations - Familiarity with DevOps / CI-CD practices
