Senior Developer / Technical Lead

Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - Lead design, development, and implementation of enterprise applications. - Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Drive architecture discussions and provide technical guidance to development teams. - Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Mentor junior developers and support capability development within the team. - Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders. - Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions. - Prepare technical design documents, HLDs, and LLDs. - Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. - Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and maintainability. - Support production deployments and provide post-implementation support. **Preferred candidate profile**
