Job description: Experienced capital markets and fintech professional with 8-12 years of industry experience, including 3 - 4 years in Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) and blockchain environments. Strong knowledge of the securities asset lifecycle, tokenization, and digital asset product orchestration, with hands-on experience across major public and hybrid blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Polygon, Avalanche, Solana and XRP Ledger. Well-versed in DLT concepts including smart contracts, nodes, APIs, and consensus mechanisms. Skilled in designing token economics models and driving stakeholder adoption strategies. Recognized for strong analytical thinking, clear communication, and comprehensive documentation capabilities, with a proven ability to bridge business and technical teams in delivering innovative digital asset solutions. 8–12 years in capital markets, fintech, or financial services with 3–4 years in DLT/blockchain environments Strong understanding of securities asset lifecycle, tokenization, or digital asset product orchestration Working knowledge of DLT concepts (smart contracts, nodes, APIs, consensus mechanisms) Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills Product and Business experience with major DLT platforms like Public & Hybrid Blockchains (Ethereum, Polygon, Avalanche, Solana, Ripple XRP ledger) Understand token economics and drive business adoption model with stake holders
