## **Key Responsibilities:** - Role Overview - We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Operations HRO Manager with extensive experience in the third party services BPO shared services industry - The ideal candidate should have a strong background in managing end to end HR operations leading teams driving client satisfaction and ensuring operational excellence across multiple HR service lines - Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage Human Resource Operations covering - Learning Development L D - HRIS Administration and Governance - Travel Expense T E Operations - Employee Onboarding and Offboarding - HR Administration and Employee Lifecycle Management - Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for HR operations delivery - Drive service excellence SLA adherence process improvements and operational efficiency across HR functions - Lead mentor and develop HR operations teams while fostering a high performance culture - Ensure compliance with organizational policies data privacy requirements and HR governance standards - Analyze operational metrics prepare management reports and provide strategic recommendations to leadership and clients - Manage stakeholder expectations and collaborate with global teams to support business objectives - Lead transition transformation and process optimization initiatives within the HRO environment - Required Skills Qualifications - 10 years of experience in Human Resource Operations within a third party services BPO shared services or outsourcing environment - Strong domain expertise in L D HRIS T E Onboarding Offboarding and HR Administration - Proven experience in people management team leadership and coaching - Strong client facing experience with excellent stakeholder management capabilities - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills - Experience managing global clients preferably supporting US based operations - Strong analytical problem solving and decision making skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast paced and matrixed environment - Preferred Qualifications - MBA PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification - Experience in HR transformation automation and process improvement initiatives - Exposure to HR service delivery frameworks quality methodologies and operational governance - Candidate Requirements - Willingness to work in US shift - Willingness to work from the Bangalore office on all designated working days - Strong interpersonal skills with a customer centric mindset - Demonstrated success in managing teams clients and HR operations at scale ## **Preferred Skills:** HRO
