**Job Purpose** We are looking for a CyberArk PAM Administrator with good experience in Server/Hardware Infrastructure Administration as well. The role requires managing CyberArk environments while also ensuring the stability, performance, and availability of enterprise server infrastructure (physical and virtual). The ideal candidate should have deep troubleshooting expertise across PAM, OS, and hardware layers. **Duties and Responsibilities** Key Responsibilities - CyberArk PAM (Primary Responsibility) - Provide Administration Support for CyberArk components: - PVWA (Password Vault Web Access) - CPM (Central Policy Manager) - PSM (Privileged Session Manager) - Manage privileged account lifecycle: - Onboarding/offboarding - Password rotation, reconciliation - Troubleshoot CyberArk incidents, access issues, and vault-related problems. - Monitor and maintain vault health, components, and services availability. - Manage Safes, RBAC, and access control policies. - Perform log analysis, session monitoring, and audit support. - Assist in patching, upgrades, backup, and DR activities. - Maintain Compliance as per the Organizations standards. Server Hardware Infrastructure Administration (Good to Have) - Manage and administer Windows Server environments (2019/2022/2025). - Perform Server Administration tasks. - Monitor system performance, services, and uptime. - Troubleshoot: - OS-level issues - Event logs, services, system crashes, performance degradation - Perform patch management and security updates (WSUS/SCCM). - Ensure system hardening and compliance with security standards. - Manage backup and recovery operations. - Manage physical servers and data centre hardware infrastructure. - Monitor hardware health using tools like: iLO, DRAC, or equivalent server management tools - Manage: - Storage connectivity basics (SAN/NAS exposure) - Network connectivity checks (port/link issues) **Required Qualifications and Experience** Required Skills Experience - 35+ years of experience in: - CyberArk PAM - Server/Hardware Infrastructure support - Strong hands-on with: - PVWA, CPM, PSM - Solid understanding of: - Windows OS internals and troubleshooting - Hardware components and server architecture - Basic networking knowledge: - TCP/IP, DNS, Ports, VLAN basics - Experience with: - Ticketing tools ServiceNow/Jira/Remedy - Strong incident management and troubleshooting skills. Preferred Skills - Experience with: - Virtualization/Server Management VMware/Windows - Storage systems (SAN/NAS basics) - Exposure to: - CyberArk DR, upgrade projects - Knowledge of monitoring tools and enterprise infrastructure tools. Soft Skills - Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset. - Effective communication and stakeholder management. - Ability to work in Large Complex Environment. - High ownership and proactive approach.
