**Key Responsibilities:** - ------------------------ * Job Description FnA AI Transformation Head Role Title Senior Domain Principal * Head FnA AI Transformation Domain Principal AI led Transformation * Location Bangalore * Role Purpose * Lead and drive AI enabled digital transformation across Finance Accounting FnA by leveraging AI GenAI RPA and analytics to deliver business value cost optimization and operational excellence * The role is responsible for defining transformation strategy building scalable solutions and driving enterprise wide adoption * Key Responsibilities * Transformation Strategy Leadership * Define and drive end to end FnA transformation roadmap aligned with business goals * Build AI first transformation strategy across RTR PTP OTC FP A and Controllership * Identify high impact use cases for GenAI AI ML RPA and Agentic AI leveraging process insights * Own value realization ROI tracking and continuous improvement initiatives * AI Digital Solutioning * Conceptualize and design AI enabled solutions for FnA processes automation predictive analytics decision intelligence * Translate business challenges into scalable AI use cases and transformation programs * Ensure architecture scalability governance and responsible AI practices in all deployments * Drive adoption of platforms across RPA GenAI analytics and cloud * Client Stakeholder Engagement * Partner with CXO level stakeholders CFOs Finance Heads to define transformation vision * Lead client workshops solutioning discussions and transformation roadmaps * Present solution value propositions and secure leadership buy in * Manage global stakeholder engagements across geographies * Pre sales Business Growth * Lead RFP RFI responses solution architecture and proposal development JD * Create differentiated AI led transformation offerings and GTM strategy * Support deal pursuits pricing strategy and solution commercialization * Build reusable assets frameworks and accelerators * Program Delivery Governance * Lead large complex transformation programs across multiple accounts * Ensure delivery excellence with strong governance risk management and compliance frameworks * Drive change management adoption and benefits realization across engagements * Monitor KPIs such as cost reduction cycle time improvement and productivity gains * Team Leadership Capability Building * Build and lead a high performing AI transformation team consultants architects SMEs * Mentor team members and drive capability development in AI analytics and transformation * Promote a culture of innovation automation and continuous learning * Qualifications Experience * 15 years of experience in FnA operations and transformation * Strong expertise across RTR PTP OTC FP A and Finance Transformation * Proven experience in AI GenAI RPA led digital transformation programs * Experience in managing large global engagements and CXO stakeholders * Certifications preferred CA MBA Finance Six **Preferred Skills:** - -------------------- BPM-\>Leadership - JL7A
