Teradata delivers real business value with AI. ## **What You'll Do** In this role, you will: - Design and develop engaging, high-impact enablement experiences that prepare sales teams to succeed. - You will create eLearning, instructor-led materials, videos, sales plays, job aids, assessments, and digital learning assets supporting product launches, onboarding, and strategic initiatives. - Success in this role means delivering high-quality learning solutions that improve seller readiness while establishing development standards and mentoring other content developers on best practices in instructional design and multimedia development. ## **Who You'll Work With** On our team, we build modern enablement experiences that help sellers learn faster, retain more, and perform better. We partner closely with Product Marketing, Product Management, Sales Leadership, Competitive Intelligence, and subject matter experts across the business. This role reports to the Senior Director, Revenue Enablement and collaborates closely with the Knowledge Operations Lead, Enablement Content Developers, and cross-functional business partners. ## **What Makes You a Qualified Candidate** - 7+ years of instructional design, learning experience design, or enablement content development experience. - Expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies. - Advanced experience with Articulate 360, Camtasia, Synthesia, PowerPoint, and multimedia authoring tools. - Experience using generative AI to improve content development productivity. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. ## **What You'll Bring** - Experience supporting enterprise technology or SaaS organizations is preferred. - Familiarity with Seismic, learning management systems, sales methodologies, and video production is a plus. - Experience coaching or mentoring other instructional designers and managing multiple concurrent projects is highly desirable. #LI-TC1 Why We Think You’ll Love Teradata We prioritize a people-first culture because we know our people are at the very heart of our success.
