Senior Endur QA Test Consultant (Endur Functional Testing) 12-Month Contract Fully Remote An experienced Senior Endur QA Test Consultant is required to join a large-scale energy trading transformation programme with a client based in the UAE. This is a long-term, fully remote contract working within a complex Endur environment, where you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and integrity of Endur enhancements, integrations and business processes. This is not a traditional manual or automation testing role. We are looking for someone with deep functional Endur knowledge who understands how the platform operates across the trading lifecycle and can validate business processes, challenge requirements and work closely with Business Analysts, Functional Consultants and Developers. Candidates should be able to think like an Endur Functional Consultant or Business Analyst, whilst bringing strong QA and testing expertise. Responsibilities • Design and execute functional and end-to-end testing within Endur. • Analyse business requirements and translate them into comprehensive test scenarios and test cases. • Validate trading workflows, valuations, risk and operational processes within Endur. • Perform system integration testing across Endur and connected applications. • Support SIT, UAT and regression testing activities. • Investigate defects, identify root causes and work with development teams through to resolution. • Review functional specifications and identify gaps before development begins. • Work closely with Business Analysts, Functional Consultants and stakeholders to ensure business requirements are fully tested. • Support release planning, deployment validation and production verification. • Produce clear test evidence, defect reports and quality documentation. Required Experience • 10+ years' experience in software testing and QA. • Extensive hands-on experience working with Endur/Openlink. • Strong functional understanding of the Endur platform rather than purely technical or regression testing experience. • Experience testing Front Office, Middle Office and Back Office business processes. • Excellent understanding of the energy trading lifecycle. • Experience creating detailed test strategies, test cases and test plans. • Strong defect management and root cause analysis skills. • Experience working alongside Business Analysts and Functional Consultants. • Experience across multiple Endur implementations, upgrades or transformation programmes. • Excellent stakeholder communication skills. • Comfortable working independently within distributed Agile teams. Highly Desirable • Experience with commodities such as Oil, Gas, LNG, Power or Renewables. • Exposure to Endur integrations and interfaces. • SQL knowledge for data validation. • Experience with Agile delivery methodologies. • Jira, Azure DevOps or similar test management tools.
