Job description

- BOE certification is essential - To ensure reliable and safe operation of with CFBC boilers / Steam turbine of WHRS in cement plant. - To coordinate and communicate with various agencies for the routine as well as abnormal plant operational situation. - To identify abnormalities, recording of the same and communicate to all concerned for its correction timely. - To monitor all key performance parameters, finding out deviations and taking improvement actions for the same. - To ensure complete compliance of all applicable safety standards at plant during operation/maintenance through systematic approach. - WTP & STP operation, water chemistry & trouble shooting. Testing of various fuels & analysis. **Qualification:** BE/B.Tech / NPTI/ MSc with BOE Certification. **Nature of Experience:** Desk/DCS operation of WHRS. & it's maintenance. **Essential Skills** - Hands on experience for desk DCS operation of CFBC boiler, Steam Turbine and WHRS. - Hands on skill for boiler water chemistry analysis & monitoring. - Knowledge of WTP & STP operation, water chemistry & trouble shooting. Testing of various fuels & analysis. - Supervision, monitoring as well as coordination / communication skill. - Operating SAP power/ maintenance module. **Desirable Skills** - Good leadership/team coordination skill. - Analytical and problem-solving skill. - Good Communication and coordination skill. - Team Working
