Job description

**Roles & Responsibilities -** - Perform line balancing and takt time calculation for SMT and FATP lines - Conduct time and motion studies to improve productivity - Plan and analyze line capacity as per production requirements - Monitor and improve OEE, UPH, and overall line efficiency - Optimize manpower utilization and reduce idle time - Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions - Support NPI builds and new line setup activities - Improve material flow and workstation ergonomics **Key Skills Required:** - Strong knowledge of **Industrial Engineering concepts & Lean tools** - Expertise in **line balancing, takt time, and capacity analysis** - Hands-on experience with **time study & work measurement techniques** - Good understanding of **manufacturing processes (SMT / Assembly preferred)** - Proficiency in **Excel, data analysis, and reporting tools** - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
