Senior Engineer-Maintenance

Job description

**Role Summary** Handling of Injection moulding, extrusion, Tool room machines, Lab Machines, Robots, compressor, DG, Transformer, Cooling tower, Conveyor & other Utilities. **Roles And Responsibility** - Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems - Strong Knowledge on Induction Molding and Extrusion system. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. **Role Specific Competencies** - Perform regular preventive maintenance on all equipment and facilities to ensure their optimal operation and minimize downtime. - Preparation of MTTR, and MTBF for all necessary machines. - Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and take appropriate corrective action. - Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety, environmental and quality standards. - Preparation and updating of ISO documents related to IMS, EMS, QMS, and OHSMS. - Install, commission, and test new equipment and systems. - Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules to ensure equipment and facilities are maintained in accordance with relevant standards. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely and efficient manner. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all maintenance activities, including spare parts inventory and equipment performance. - Collaborate with other departments and external suppliers to ensure equipment is maintained and repaired in a timely and cost-effective manner.
