**Job Description** - To make production plan such a way that optimum utilization of 4M (Methods, Men, Material, Machine) with customer satisfaction. Ensures the production and distribution of products runs smoothly in a cost-effective.Knowledge of manufacturing process, Working in SAP/ERP system,Business Acumen, Analytically and mathematically minded - Collection of orders from Branch Offices - Coordinate with internal departments like Materials, Production, HR, QA, R D etc. - Preparation of Quarterly, Monthly, Weekly plan detailing all task to meet predicted completion date - Regular coordination for bought out and in-house material - Follow-up with dispatch department for on-time execution of orders - Liaise with customers from abroad and SPOC for external agency - Container/ export planning - Prepare and coordinate for Container stuffing plan - Coordination with dispatch team for setting priority - Preparation of time and action calendar for each order from order receiving to shipment. - Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met and Work on reduction of first aid accidents - Ensures environment protection and maintaining safety by Monitoring of Manufacturing Related activities including Production, Planning and scheduling, controls and other related functions.
