Job description

**Key responsibilities** 1. **Implement and maintain the Project Quality Management System (QMS)** in line with contract specifications, approved quality plans, ISO standards, and client requirements across all construction activities. 2. **Monitor and control quality of civil, structural, architectural, and associated works** through inspections, surveillance, and testing to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and codes. 3. **Prepare, review, and manage QA/QC documentation** including Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, Quality Procedures, Checklists, Material Approval Requests, and Quality Records. 4. **Coordinate inspections and approvals** with the Client, General Consultant, Independent Engineer, Third-Party Agencies, and relevant stakeholders for timely execution of project activities. 5. **Ensure proper material quality control** through verification of source approvals, incoming material inspections, testing, calibration records, and compliance with project specifications. 6. **Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), site observations, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)** and drive continuous quality improvement initiatives across project teams. 7. **Conduct internal quality audits and compliance reviews** to identify gaps, monitor adherence to quality standards, and ensure closure of audit findings. 8. **Lead quality documentation for CMRS approvals**, including preparation, compilation, review, and submission of quality dossiers, inspection records, test certificates, and compliance documents required for statutory clearances. 9. **Coordinate with Construction, Engineering, Planning, and EHS teams** to ensure quality requirements are integrated into project execution and milestone deliverables. 10. **Prepare monthly quality reports, handover dossiers, and final project quality records**, ensuring complete traceability and readiness for client acceptance, commissioning, and project close-out activities. Mandatory Requirements - B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering. - 8-10 years of QA/QC experience in Metro Rail - Hands-on experience in **CMRS documentation, compliance management, and project handover dossiers**. - Strong knowledge of concrete works, structural works, material testing, QA/QC audits, NCR management, and quality systems.
