Job description

**Roles & Responsibilities** - Manage and support enterprise-wide IT infrastructure across multiple locations. - Ensure availability and performance of LAN/WAN, Internet connectivity, and Wireless Networks. - Configure and manage network devices including Core Switches, L2 Switches, Firewalls, Access Points, VPN, RF Links, and SD-WAN. - Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and coordinate with ISPs. - Support new site deployments including Fiber Cable laying, Network Rack installation, Switch installation, and Earthing infrastructure. - Implement and monitor cybersecurity controls and ensure compliance with organizational security standards and ITGC requirements. - Support cyber incident response and remediation activities. - Monitor local backup systems and perform backup and restore activities. - Provide infrastructure support for SAP, ILMS, Manless Weighbridge Operations, GPS Tracking, and RFID-based applications. - Manage CCTV systems, NVR/DVR devices, Video Walls, Access Control Systems, Attendance Machines, Boom Barriers, and Control Room infrastructure. - Deliver end-user support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, plotters, Microsoft 365, Outlook, and Video Conferencing systems. - Manage AMC contracts, service tickets, OEM escalations, and SLA compliance. - Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware repairs, maintenance, invoicing, and service improvements. - Maintain IT inventory and asset lifecycle management, including procurement support, AMC renewals, and e-waste disposal compliance. - Maintain infrastructure documentation including network diagrams, rack layouts, and configuration backups. - Prepare MIS reports and ensure compliance with IT policies, audit requirements, and uptime targets. **Preferred Candidate Profile** - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Experience working in multi-location manufacturing or industrial environments. - Ability to manage vendors, coordinate projects, and handle multiple priorities. - Good communication and stakeholder management skills. - Willingness to travel across plant and operational locations as required.
