Senior Engineer - SMT Programming

Job description

**Key Responsibilities:** - Create and modify SMT programs using **Fuji NEXIM software** - Program Fuji Pick & Place machines (XP, NXT, AIMEX series) - Perform offline programming and optimization - Prepare feeder setup plans and machine configuration - Coordinate with NPI and Production teams for new product introduction - Optimize cycle time and improve line balancing - Conduct first article verification (FAV) - Troubleshoot placement errors, alignment issues, and component-related problems - Maintain program backups and documentation - Support yield improvement and reduce defects - Work closely with Quality and Maintenance teams
