**Job Description** Manage and supervise powder coating operations across production lines in shift operationsEnsure consistent coating quality, thickness, adhesion, and finishMonitor and control pre-treatment processes (degreasing, Nano ceramic coating, etc.)Optimize parameters such as curing temperature, line speed, and powder flowConduct root cause analysis for coating defects (peeling, orange peel, uneven coating, etc.)Ensure proper operation and maintenance of equipment like spray guns, booths, ovens, and conveyorsImplement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce wasteCoordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teamsEnsure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standardsTrain and mentor operators Trainee Operators
