Learn more about Assurance **Key skills required:** - 1 to 4 years of relevant experience working with SAP Concur solutions. - Experience in SAP Concur Expense and Request implementations, enhancements, or support engagements. - Good understanding of the SAP Concur implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment activities. - Experience in configuring SAP Concur policies, workflows, forms, and expense processes. - Basic understanding of SAP Concur integrations with SAP S/4HANA or other ERP systems. - Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather business requirements and support solution design activities. - Support project execution by participating in workshops, testing, issue resolution, and status reporting. - Conduct end-user training sessions and assist with knowledge transfer activities. - Coordinate assigned tasks and deliverables to ensure timely project completion. - SAP Concur certification will be an added advantage. - Flexible to travel to client locations, if required. - Willingness to work across EMEA, North America, APAC, or other client-specific time zones. - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Commerce, or any related discipline. **Preferred Competencies** - Good communication and stakeholder management skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and business processes. - Exposure to Concur Travel or Invoice modules will be an added advantage.
