Raise the alarm in delay in project due to labour, material etc., Advice the Project teamalternative ways and means to mitigate the issue. QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE: B.E.Civil with atleast 6 to 8 Years of similar experience. KeyAccountabilities - Ensure all necessary tasks associated are completed Ensure accuratecontrol of documentation NecessaryKnowledge & Skills Necessary SkillSets: Knowledge ofconstruction sequencing and planning Exposure to MSPand Primavera Knowledge on Materials and Man Power planning with coefficients Over all Construction planning experience with all types ofcontractors, high raised buildings Project scheduling, tracking,monitoring, reporting in MIS Delay analysis, risk management, catch up plan, recovery plan, cash flows Co-ordination with allstakeholders Conducting weekly meetings.
